Yay! Shelf-stable Milk is Grade 'A' milk procured from family-owned dairy farms within a 200 mile radius of the milk plant. Additionally, the dairy farmers who supply our milk pledge to not treat their cows with rBST. Our milk is naturally produced without artificial hormones.
Using a process known as U.H.T. (ultra high temperature) pasteurization the milk is hermetically packaged in a special airtight carton that seals out light and the bacteria that causes ordinary milk to spoil so quickly. This cutting-edge technology delivers fresh, all-natural milk that can be stored at room temperature until it's opened.
We sterilize our milk separately from all packaging, then fill and seal within a fully sterillized environment.
